Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–4 business days.
Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship exclusively within the United States using FedEx as our sole carrier.
Signature Requirement
For security, all packages require a signature upon delivery. Customers may choose an Adult Signature option at checkout, which offers an additional layer of security by requiring a valid government-issued ID proving the recipient is 21 years or older.
Insured Shipments
All packages are fully insured during transit until they are signed for upon delivery. Once a package has been signed for, Volorica is no longer responsible for any damage or loss.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to refusal at delivery or an incorrect address provided by the buyer, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. The customer will be responsible for all reshipping fees. If reshipment is not completed, a restocking fee of 20% of the total order amount will be applied. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damages or Loss During Transit
Because all packages are insured, in the rare event of damage or loss during transit, customers should contact us to initiate a claim with the carrier. Claims must be made promptly, and we will provide assistance in the claims process.
